BCBA

Individualized Supports is a small, BCBA-owned company providing high-quality, in-home services to children and families in the Mercer County area. This position is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the support of a collaborative, clinician-owned practice. You'll have the independence to manage your caseload and make clinical decisions without the productivity quotas, micromanagement, or corporate culture often found in larger ABA organizations. If you've ever considered working for yourself or starting your own practice but don't want the administrative burden of running a business, this role offers the best of both worlds.

Responsibilities

Create treatment plans and programs in HiRasmus
Schedule your own and staff appointments in Aloha
Supervise and train BTs/RBTs
Monitor progress and update programs in HiRasmus
Maintain clinical documentation
Provide parent training to families and caregivers on a monthly basis
Opportunity to provide BCBA/RBT supervision when needed

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification
NJ license (or license-eligible)
Strong communication and clinical skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
