We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. Looking for those that have at least 1 year experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Preference will be given to those enrolled in a program in pursuit of acquiring RBT or BCBA credentials. If needed, BCBA supervision can be provided.

Job Description:

• In-Person, 1:1 direct therapy

• Implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA

• Daily data collection on client programs using HiRasmus

• Comfortable receiving in-person and telehealth training from the BCBA

• Effective and professional communication with BCBA and family

• Ability to work independently

• Completing thorough daily session notes

Qualifications:

• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience with ABA techniques and procedures, however, training can be provided for the right candidate

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum

• Minimum of Highschool Diploma

• Strong interpersonal skills

• The ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Have a strong, reliable work ethic (your clients depend on you)

• Access to reliable transportation
