Direct Therapy

During Direct Therapy sessions, a trained therapist known as the Behavior Technician works one-on-one with your child. The behavior technician is trained by the BCBA to implement your child’s individualized programs. Programs contain various evidence-based techniques based on the science and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). During sessions they will collect data on each program to track progress.

Supervision

The BCBA trains the behavior technician to be proficient in your child’s programming. The BCBA supervises the behavior technician on a weekly basis to ensure interventions are delivered in accordance with best practices and ethical standards. During supervision sessions the BCBA will work one-on-one with the behavior technician and your child, review programs, assess progress, and provide feedback to ensure that interventions are effective and aligned with your child's goals.

The BCBA will work directly with parents and caregivers to empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to support their child. Parent Training equips parents with the tools and confidence to actively participate in their child's treatment and promote their long-term success.
